Seven ways to less STRESS this year
1.              Learn to love and embrace you
2.        Take others into consideration
3.        Be conscientious of the golden rule do unto others as you   would have them do to you
4.        Remember no one is complete in his or herself
5.         Give credit where it is due life is a GIFT
6.        You are on this earth to fulfill a greater purpose than just being you.
7 When God permitted your entry into this world it was no mistake.

Combine all 7 together for a less stress free life let us love more, give thanks often and live life to it fullness knowing that better days are coming.
