Sailor Please Don’t

Sailor please sailor don't leave me at sea,

Stay with me, within the seas raging billows. 

See with the waves rising so high, fear got a grip on me.

Oh sailor while riding upon the high seas helps me to keep my eye on you. My child stay focus with hands at the wheel and ears tuned in for the signal coming in.  Sailor plant my feet on the bed rock and my soul in your cleft as the waters consumes me. Yes sailor sees the stern pulling with no turning around 

Danger awaits us up a head sailor oh sailor rescue the dying.

Even though the sea is raging, the journey must we pursue.  

Oh Lord the sea is on-bearing.

As the tempest and billows soar stay with me.

Send the rescue team throughout the lifeboat, so no one will go under. Help me to just remember who is in the eye of the storm

Child behold the captain is on board, the way he knows

The stern of the ship in his hand is under control

Don’t lose heart my child your sailor is on-board.
