If My Heart was a window

If my Heart was a Window
If my heart was a window, I would open up the panes giving you an overview.
And like a mirror stand I back
Watching laughter glides down your cheeks. Yes laughter mingled with tears.
As that deep depth of sorrow
Passes by ridding you of
All the cares of yesterday.
Feeling all your hurt subsiding
While finding victory in the arms
Of sweet embrace. There resting securely upon stained glass pane.
Seeing each pane washed in emotions
Not consume by despair
If my heart was a window
At the close of each days sunset
Sinking deep in the horizon west
Allowing for a place to abide
Where you can find solace from labor
Providing rest for each weary brow
While your presence enters my domain
Filling each missing pane of mine
With joy at the close of the day
Bringing hope to yet another life
Followed by the rising sun
Well if my heart was a visible window
I would let you in so that you
Could see and understand that
This world is full of mysteries
And the inner thoughts of the heart never clearly understood by the mind of the other human mind
Yes my friend the artistic creator of the heart knows too well the deceptive thoughts of man. Yes and that is the reason why the greatest designer of all ages design the heart the way he does?
Knowing the outcome of the plight of man
Oh yes making sure there is no room for transparency.  For if men could look into the window of mine heart.
Thus seeing the wealth of knowledge stored in its data bank. Its outcome would be disastrous. Such can only truly be retrieve by the Master Himself.
Who alone knows exactly how to handle it? Therefore before you or I can blink, or even count to three thrice.
The hidden treasures within the heart would destroy us. Gracious me, the outcome would be far more than enough for me to handle if my heart was a window you could look into.
What a window for you to look in seeing the thoughts be they good, bad or just junk. Imagine what would happen before your very eyes can? I am so glad my heart has no windows for you to look in.
The greatest artistic designer of all ages makes sure the heart has no window to reveal the hidden treasures and thoughts within man’s heart. Allowing you and I can maintain our sanity.
