The Christian

The Christian is Christ-like.  The Christian walks by faith not by sight. The Christian’s life is transformed by the blood of Christ. The precious blood which cleanses you and me from all un-righteousness. The Christian who is Christ-like need not fear the darts of the enemy. Our backs are covered with his wings. The path we walk is sanctified with his blood. The burdens laid upon our hearts made light according to God word. Christ said take my yoke upon you and learn of me for my yoke is easy and my burden is light.  We must realized that Christ has already taken the blunt of everything that we face in this life and this walk. He knew all that would confronts us at the hand of the serpent the tempter. God had already made the pathway to salvation so simple that I believe men find it difficult to understand. Folks yes it is simple. He said take up your cross and follow me. Christ had already walk the walk talk the talk, suffer the persecution, and bare our shame. Took unto himself man's sinful ways. He became sin for you and me. Christ took unto himself the blackness of sin. The question  was asked in heaven who will go? This day I give thanks known that the acceptance  of Christ answer to the father I will go. That simple word GO makes the big difference for whom soever believe on his name. This sound simple but through it we can be redeem. No longer held in bondage. No longer bound by the law. We are free through the blood of Christ. Life is fulfilled for me when I acknowledge that I was a lost sinner who needed someone to save me from myself. Jesus Christ the son of God saved me from myself. The full price is paid. Now I have hope, love, joy, peace and contentment. Christ hanged upon the cross, hewn out from a tree so that I can live a life dependent upon the price that he had paid over 2000 years ago upon Mount Calvary. Yes my friend the cross is light, not darkness, Peace and not war within our soul and mind. The cross is hope from condemnation. The cross is God's hope to humanity to overcome suicidal pitfalls, drugs, fornication, murder, lying, cheating and the list goes on and on. God had made it possible that we can live a happy, full and prosperous life while traveling through this land earth.  That is why he commission us to go multiple and replenish the earth. It pleases God when we are happy and enjoying the provision he has given us.
