Too busy for God

Too busy for God

Too busy to pray
Yet another day with so much to do
Dirty dishes in the sink, and the floor to scrub
Finding time to tuck the children into bed
Seeing the pile of clothes waiting for the laundry 
Oh I get to those things shortly
For the cleaning just cannot wait
Then the baby cries in the next room and I had  to go
Oh Lord just a little longer and I'll pray
3 hours now gone by and I still have not find the time to pray
Oh Lord please forgive me but I have to go the baby is still crying
As I walked away I heard his quiet voice saying 
My child take time out for Jesus he took time for you
